Bertrand CONQUERET
Bertrand Conquéret is the Chief Procurement Officer at Henkel, a global chemical and consumer goods company. As President of Henkel Global Supply Chain B.V., he has transformed Henkel’s procurement into a top-performing organization. He co-founded two non-profit organizations: Together for Sustainability and The Sustainable Procurement Pledge alongside Thomas Udesen who is Chief Procurement Officer at Bayer. Bertrand’s expertise spans global supply chain management, strategic relationships, digital transformation, and organizational culture, emphasizing that “Procurement is more than a role; it is a responsibility.”
Thomas UDESEN
Thomas Udesen is the Chief Procurement Officer at Bayer, a global pharmaceutical and life sciences company. With a distinguished 30-year career in procurement, he joined Bayer in 2014 after roles at The East Asiatic Company and Johnson & Johnson. Thomas is also the Co-Founder of The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, aiming to embed UN Sustainable Development Goals into procurement practices by 2030. At Bayer, he leads the global procurement strategy, focusing on process optimization and enhancing supplier relationships. Under his leadership, Bayer joined the Together for Sustainability initiative, and the Science Based Targets initiative, committing to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Thomas Andre is the Vice-President Procurement Excellence, Group Procurement at CAPGEMINI focuses on enhancing procurement processes and strategies to drive efficiency and value. Hervé serves as Research Director and Professor at EIPM. He’s involved in research and education on supply chain innovation and open technologies. His work focuses on advancing knowledge and practices in supply chain management, emphasizing the role of innovation and open technologies in transforming procurement functions. Hervé’s contributions are instrumental in shaping the future of procurement through education and research.
