The EIPM Executive Diploma in procurement aims at mastering the foundations of procurement excellence to create an organisation that continuously contributes to business performance innovation and growth. Combining EIPM expertise with business and academic views, participants will be inspired to develop new perspectives aiming to move from a savings-focused function to a holistic business performer.
The programme consists of 5 main stages listed below. They alternate between the academic aspect for mastering the foundations and the exchange of business points of view coming from various economic sectors and cultures.
