The learning programme of certification “Certified Manager in Procurement” is made of:

  1. A face-to-face week during which participants will implement the theory in action through 3 courses delivered simultaneously: Trends & Fifth Generation Purchasing, People, Process & Performance, Transformation, Leadership & Strategy.
  1. Discussions: online exchanges of views around the theme of people management.
  2. Leadership sprints: a four-stage process to challenge and develop the leadership potential of each participant.
