Delivering Purchasing/Procurement Excellence: A certification for Category & Lead Buyers

Who?

Category managers and project managers at a senior level who need to initiate new ways of thinking and acting to deliver value for the business.

How?

Digital Learning platform, e-modules for preparatory self-study, and group online class facilitated by an EIPM Professor.

When?

2 sessions in English:
1st session: from 11th March to 07th October 2025
2nd session: from 2nd September 2025 to 17th February 2026

2 sessions in French:
1st session: from 10th March to 06th October 2025
2nd session: from 1st September 2025 to 16th February 2026

Programme objectives

The certification programme “Delivering Purchasing Excellence” focuses on achieving excellence through a flexible and business-minded approach to category management.
This includes developing ambitious strategies that leverage a diversity of practices and levers. The programme outlines the implementation of mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, advanced cost reduction and innovation activities. Effective communication with stakeholders and complex negotiations are also largely covered in this programme.
