The Promptathon by EIPM is an interactive workshop designed for procurement professionals who want to master generative AI.
Through practical case studies, you will learn how to craft effective prompts that optimise your daily tasks and enhance the performance of your procurement function, such as:

Discovery
■ First steps:
- Introduction to AI fundamentals.
- Presentation of the 3C framework (Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Capitalisation).
■ Learning and practising “Prompting”:
- Master the art of giving precise instructions to GenAI in order to instantly obtain relevant and high-performing results.
- Complete practical exercises to strengthen prompting skills.
■ Concrete procurement use cases:
- Apply the acquired skills to job-specific scenarios, such as drafting specifications, conducting a market research or a supplier risk analysis.
■ Presentation of the contest:
- Explanation of the format and rules of the “Promptathon”, a playful contest where participants compete to create the most effective prompts.
Application
■ After testing their prompts autonomously participants share and refine prompts under the guidance of EIPM facilitators.
■ Collaborative exchange among peers to learn from each other’s experiences.
■ Collective improvement of techniques.

■ Celebration of achievements:
